With 16 beautiful colors and designs from the past 20 years, we are celebrating Opal’s 20th anniversary for Save the Rainforest.
Over 150 different animals and their unique colours and designs did not make the selection easy. Flamingos and tigers, as well as zebras, parrots and ladybirds have been part of this collection since the very beginning and are a must in this unique selection.
In these 20 years, we (Opal) have been able to donate over €300,000 to “Save the Rainforest eV” and have used this to buy up areas of rainforest and protect them.
This soft and durable 4-ply yarn is made from 75% virgin wool (superwash) and 25% polyamide. Each ball weighs 100g and holds 425 metres of yarn. Washable up to 40C.
Recommended needle size is 2.5 mm. Available in a range of colours. See also our 4 ply solid sock yarns to mix and match or use for heels and toes.
