Fibrespace postage and shipping policy FAQs

Here at FibreSpace, we endeavour to give our customers the best shopping experience, both in store and online. 

Below, you’ll find details about any orders made online and postage within New Zealand. Please make sure you double check all addresses and contact details so we can get your order to the right person.

Packaging and shipment time

We endeavour to get your order shipped within 1 working day of receiving payment. Please bare this time in mind when placing your order, especially if opting to pay by bank transfer (NZ orders, only). If there is a reason for urgency, please get in touch with us to see if we can help.

If, for whatever reason, we need some more time to gather the stock to complete your order, we will be in touch and let you know.

Postage within New Zealand

Here at FibreSpace, we pride ourselves in getting parcels to you as soon as possible. We use tracked post and expect parcels to arrive between 1-5 working days, depending on your location.

The cost is based on the size of your parcel and is calculated using the size of the products, not weight.

Please make sure you include any delivery instructions on the checkout page when placing your order.

Rural delivery

Rural delivery incurs an extra cost. Please choose rural delivery box at the bottom of the checkout details page. We cannot deliver to a rural address if rural delivery has not been paid for.
